Shipping & Return Policy

How can I track my shipment?
  • We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel once you receive our shipping confirmation email.
What is the delivery timeline?
  • Canada shipping: 3-5 days
  • US shipping: 3-7 days
What shipping provider do you use?
  • UPS, Fedex, DHL and Purolator for shipping within North America.
How much will US shipping cost ?
  • US orders are subject to a CAD $24.99 shipping fee. Orders of CAD $129 or more will see shipping fees confirmed during checkout, based on cart contents and delivery address. Duties and taxes may also apply for shipments made outside of Canada. 
How long is the processing time?
  • All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted.
What is your return policy? 
  • If you’re looking to return your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 7 business days if you’re in Canada or 14 business days if you live outside of Canada.
  • Please note the following to our return policy: discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned; returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging; all returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or any damage and in brand new condition with original packaging.
  • If you’re in Canada, you have 7 business days to return your items after you receive your shipment. If you’re outside of the Canada, you have 14 business days.
  • Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% processing fee of the amount that is being returned or exchanged. 
How do I do a return?
  • Please email us at with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Items you wish to return
    • Reasoning of return
  • We will provide further instructions after we receive your requests.
How long does it take to process a return?
  • This normally takes between 7-10 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
Who pays for the return cost?
  • If you make a return which occurs as a result of Fleur Wholesale's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Fleur Wholesale will pay the return shipping costs.
  • If you make a return and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item(s) will not be covered by Fleur Wholesale.
How can I do an exchange?
  • We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
In-Store Pick-up Policy

Step 1 – Place Your Order

Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check-out.

Step 2 – Wait to hear from us

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.

Fleur Wholesale Store currently opens every Monday and Wednesday from 1PM to 5PM. Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days from the time of the initial order.

Step 3 – Pick-up Order at Store

Bring your notification email with order confirmation number and your identification during our business hour (Monday and Wednesday from 1PM to 5PM) to pick up your order.
