In-Store Pickup
Step 1 – Place Your Order
Choose the “Pick-Up In Store” option when you check-out.
Step 2 – Wait to hear from us
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification letting you know that your order is ready for pick up.
Fleur Wholesale Store currently opens every Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 1PM to 5PM. Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days from the time of the initial order.
Step 3 – Pick-up Order at Store
Store Location: Unit 9, 630 Rivermede Rd, Vaughan, ON L4K 2H7
Bring your notification email with order confirmation number and your identification during our business hour (Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1PM-5PM) to pick up your order.

- We will be happy to provide you with a tracking number to track your parcel once you receive our shipping confirmation email.
- Canada shipping: 3-5 days
- US shipping: 3-7 days
- UPS, Fedex, DHL and Purolator for shipping within North America.
- US orders are subject to a CAD $24.99 shipping fee. Orders of CAD $129 or more will see shipping fees confirmed during checkout, based on cart contents and delivery address. Duties and taxes may also apply for shipments made outside of Canada.
- We promise to ship out orders within 2 business days.
- For all online orders, We offer free returns within 5 business start from the date that you receive it.
- We do not accept return or exchange for any in-store purchase.
- Please note the following to our return policy: discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned; returned items must have all tags still on and be returned in original packaging; all returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or any damage and in brand new condition with original packaging.
- Please note that all returns and exchanges are subject to a 10% processing fee of the amount that is being returned or exchanged.

- Order number
- Items you wish to return
- Reasoning of return
- We will provide further instructions after we receive your requests.
- This normally takes between 7-10 business days. Once we receive your return we will need a couple of days to process this. Then your bank will process the refund. We will be sure to send an email out to you as soon as your return has been processed.
- If you make a return which occurs as a result of Fleur Wholesale's error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), Fleur Wholesale will pay the return shipping costs.
- If you make a return and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item(s) will not be covered by Fleur Wholesale.
- We are currently unable to process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item(s) for a full refund and place a new order.
